Final Blog

For my final blog, I just want to thank you, Professor Oberman, for being seriously the best English teacher I have ever had and for making my first college English class a great experience. Your class has been the only one that I do not dread going to. I enjoy going to your class every morning, I am actually pretty upset that it is over! I never thought I would say that. There was always such a good vibe in your classroom. You also just made learning easy. The way you talked to us about it, made it easy to understand. The one thing that I have definitely picked up from you is contractions and not using them. I am absolutely positive that I will not enjoy English 112 anywhere near as much as I enjoyed your class. Thank you for everything, and I wish you the best!

The Muppets

So my moms boyfriend is currently watching the muppets. Apparently the muppets are made for adults now, which makes is hilarious. We're watching this one where Kermit and someone are dating he wants to move in with her. It's kinda strange cause I'm used to the little kid muppets. Anyways, also I'm almost finished with these forty blogs. I just made a cheese sandwich. People think I'm weird for eating just plain cheese sandwiches but like they're amazing. They are so simple yet so delicious. Lillie, my dachshund, is laying in my lap asleep and it is so precious. I'm also looking at the fireplace where our stockings are hanging, and I just realized that my sisters definitely isn't hanging up...why, I don't know. She's going to be upset about that we need to fix that before she gets home.

The Cowboys

So my poor cowboys are done for this season. We had a chance once Tony Romo came back, we won the first game he came back against the Dolphins. On thanksgiving we played the undefeated panthers, where Tony Romo once again got hurt. So now we are definitely done for and its a race between the redskins and the Giants for first place. Personally I hope the Giants will pull through and win, but the Redskins play the Cowboys twice here soon, and they're going to beat us, because Tony Romo is out, which will definitely give them the first place spot. Which really sucks because I hate the redskins and their fans.

Update

My mother just walked in the door from her date drunk, on a Tuesday night. She said that the restaurant they went to, the bartender kept giving my mom samples of different types of alcohol and look at what happened. Now she is actually sitting next to me laying her head on my shoulder watching me type this, yelling not to embarrass her, and it's hilarious. She keeps repeating herself over and over. And now she's talking about stealing a live penguin and bringing it home with her. And how she can imagine our dachshunds trying to stand up to a penguin. This is a comedy show.

Productive Day

Today has been an extremely productive day for me! I had class at 9:30 and I got there but my professor never showed up. So I went home, and I started to finish my rough draft for English class, which that took me forever because I overthink everything. After about six hours of constant writing and thinking, I got it finished. After I finished that, I started to study for my psychology test tomorrow. Then I took a break and went to Chuck E. Cheese with the little kids I babysit. I came back home where I got all of my warms ups together, and now I'm sitting here doing all of these blogs because I have waited until the very last minute to do them.

Softball Tournament

This weekend I played in an adult co-Ed softball tournament. Keep in mind, I have played fast pitch softball my entire life. It took me an entire game to be able to hit the ball. The ball was pitched SO slow. I couldn't do it to save my life. And it was kind of scary because there were grown men on the teams, so when I was playing second base, they hitting balls so ridiculously hard at me. I was honestly hoping the ball would never be hit to me, but it was always hit to me. The only good thing about me being the little one on the team was I was chosen to run for everybody as well.

Christmas Tree

Every year, we put up our Christmas tree the day before Thanksgiving. So this year, after our tree was successfully put up and decorated, it came crashing down. Yeah, on Saturday I brought Sierra over to the house for a bit to keep me company because I was home by myself and my dogs were in North Carolina still with my mom. At night time I turned the light on the tree on. Sierra freaked out because she had never seen what these lights were before. Safe to say, she attacked the Christmas tree and it came crashing down. A few decorations broke, but when I sent the picture to my mom, she still found it hilarious. I think we all did.
